Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be home during the fence installation?

No, it is not necessary. We meet prior to starting to make sure we know what you want.

Do you offer a warranty on your fences?

It depends. We do not warranty most wood products. Wood, being a natural product, can have issues outside of our control. However, we do strive to only use top quality materials and installation methods that prevent future problems.

Most other fencing products come with a manufacturer's warranty.

We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on all installations.

Are estimates free?

Yes, generally estimates are free. In some cases, such as insurance claims, an estimate charge may be necessary.

Do I need a permit for a new fence installation?

For most standard residential fences, a permit is not required.

Certain HOA's may have their own policies.

Fences over 6 feet in certain townships may require a permit.

Do you remove the old fencing prior to installing new fencing?

Yes, we remove and dispose of old fencing. In most cases, we have a separate line-item charge for this on the quote, so the customer can decide if they want to do it themself.

Do you sell fencing material to the public?

Yes, we sell a variety of commercial and residential grade material. Please call to place your order in advance to ensure we have everything you need in stock.

How large is your service area?

It varies depending on the type of project. For most residential jobs, we typically stay within 30 miles of the Longview/Marshall area. For commercial jobs, we travel as far as necessary depending on the type of project.

Do you fabricate your own gates?
